  15. you obtain the right to ask for support by telephone or mail;  
  16. you will be advised if there is a major upgrade to the system; 
  17. you will have the right to obtain it, simply by sending a floppy disk 
  18. and a SASE.
  19. The author will be willing to listen to your wishes for further upgrades.
